Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Redwood City, California for the supply of two <br />(2) New Model Year 2017 Freightliner M2 "106" 5-7 Yard Dump Trucks or equivalent. <br />2. The Proposal Forms are available at the Public Works front office, 1400 Broadway Street, <br />Redwood City, CA 94063. Any questions regarding the Proposal Forms should be directed <br />in writing to the City Contact (explained on page 3 in the section titled "Interpretation"). <br />3. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City may require, to purchase individual <br />equipment, materials, vehicles or supplies from more than one Bidder or all equipment, <br />materials, vehicles or supplies from one Bidder, to reject any or all bids, to waive any <br />informality in bids, and to accept, modify, or reject any items of the bid. <br />5. Proposals shall be hand delivered or mailed to Office of Citv Clerk 1017 Middlefield <br />Road, Redwood Citv, Ca. 94063 at or before 3:30pm, on Wednesdav Ocother 19, 2016. <br />Fax or emailed bids will not be acccoted. <br />6. City Representative shall report the results of the bidding to the City Manager at a later date, <br />at which time the City Manager may award the contract to the lowest responsible Bidder as <br />so reported; or as the City's interests may dictate the City Manager or City Council may <br />exercise its right to modify the award or to reject any and all bids. <br />
