More than one person per <br />room, 4.Cost Burden greater than 30% <br />Disproportionate Greater Needs Among LI Households <br />Households earning between 50% and 80% of median are considered low income, and represent about <br />4,090 of all households. Of these, 2,335, or 57%, have one or more of the identified housing <br />problems. Based on this percentage, there are just two groups with disproportionately greater needs -- <br />American Indian/Alaska Native households, and Pacific Islander households.
