6.1.A. - Page 25 perform all reproduction, or will contract that a local business for reproduction services, to make the documents available to potential bidders. Wood Rodgers will provide one (1) hard copy set of full-size 100% design plans and specifications for the Project. The final design submittal will serve as the Project Contract Document set once approved and accepted by the City. The Contract Document set will bear the responsible engineer's wet stamp and signature with a license expiration date. Wood Rodgers will also provide an electronic copy of the drawings in AutoCAD (version 2015 or latest version) and in PDF format, specifications in Word, calculations, cost estimate, and probable construction schedule in Excel and PDF. Task 5 — BID SUPPORT AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Wood Rodgers Team will provide clarifications during the bid phase, attend and conduct the pre-bid meeting, respond to questions from contractors, and issue addenda as directed by the City. The Wood Rodgers Team will attend and conduct a pre-bid meeting and coordinate with the City to respond to request for information or clarification during bidding. The Wood Rodgers Team will attend the pre -construction meeting, and will conduct three (3) site visits during construction as requested at defined milestones. The Wood Rodgers Team will review shop drawings and supporting calculations, change orders, RFIs, and provide written responses to the City. The Team will also conduct a final inspection and assist with the punch list. The Team will prepare "as -built" drawings based on construction notes and the limited field review, The Team will perform limited field surveys to support the as-builts if required. Task 6 — ADDITIONAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES At the direction of the City, Wood Rodgers Team will provide 2 additional geotechnical borings. The geotechnical reports will include results from these additional borings. Task 7 — ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES At the direction of the City, Wood Rodgers Team will provide additional Bid and Construction Support services to assist with the 2016 Redwood Creek Repair and Rehabilitation Project.
