6.1.B. - Page 2 <br />Name of Bidder <br />Bradford Pump <br />Price Tract Pump <br />Total Bid <br />Station <br />Station <br />Pump Repair Service <br />$56,060.26 <br />$117,537.61 $173,597.87 <br />Company, Inc. <br />G3 Engineering, Inc. <br />$58,857.71 <br />$126,415.10 $185,272.81 <br />Recommended Bidder: Pump Repair Service Company <br />Substantiation: Pump Repair Service Company was the lowest responsible bidder. <br />Upon review, staff recommends awarding the bid to Pump Repair Service Company <br />because they were the lowest responsible bidder to meet the pump specifications. <br />Additionally, through previous projects, the Wastewater Section of the Public Works <br />Services Department has found Pump Repair Service Company to be a very responsive <br />and responsible bidder. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to approve this request.
