6.3.C. - Page 6 <br />b. For Non -irrigation meters/accounts: <br />i. Beginning with the first billing period following connection to the <br />Recycled Water Project for a duration of 5 years a discount of forty <br />percent (40%). <br />ii. At the end of 5 years the discount shall decrease by ten percent <br />(10%) each year for three (3) consecutive years and then remain at <br />a discount of ten percent (10%). <br />6.
