<br />James Hartnett, 346 Grand, member of the Housing and Human Concerns <br />Committee, urged Council to adopt the CHAS strategies. <br /> <br />M/S: Bury/Stangel to close the Public Hearing. <br />Carried by unanimous voice votê and the Public Hearing was closed at <br />8:42 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Members discussed need for affordable housing in Redwood City and <br />impacts of proposed strategies. <br /> <br />MIS: Stangel/Greenalch to appoint Charles Greer, Chairman of the Housing <br />and Human Concerns Committee as representative to the San Mateo County Home <br />Consortium Community Development Committee <br /> <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-182 <br /> <br />M/S: Greenalch/Buchan to reaffirm commitment to CHAS strategies found on <br />pages 2.13 through 2.17 of the CHAS report. <br /> <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-183 <br /> <br />Community Development Director Pawloski praised the original and <br />innovative work done by Housing Coordinator Debbi Jones-Thomas and her <br />valuable team on these very important and complex strategies. <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />6.
