MIS: BurYIGreenalch offered the following amendment: on Exhibit B, Article 26, Section 26.2 Permitted Uses, Item S, to read "Furniture stores, including the sale of used furniture." Council discussed concept of quality stores in the Downtown Area and the impact of not requiring conditional use permits in the "CBR" for used furniture stores but requiring them everywhere else in the City. The amendment to the motion failed on the following roll call vote: AYES: Council Members Bury and Greenalch NOES: Council Members Buchan, Claire, Murray, Stangel and Mayor La Berge MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-250 Title read.
