<br />MIS: BurYIGreenalch offered the following amendment: on Exhibit B, Article <br />26, Section 26.2 Permitted Uses, Item S, to read "Furniture stores, <br />including the sale of used furniture." <br /> <br />Council discussed concept of quality stores in the Downtown Area and the <br />impact of not requiring conditional use permits in the "CBR" for used <br />furniture stores but requiring them everywhere else in the City. <br /> <br />The amendment to the motion failed on the following roll call vote: <br />AYES: Council Members Bury and Greenalch <br />NOES: Council Members Buchan, Claire, Murray, Stangel and <br />Mayor La Berge <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-250 <br /> <br />Title read.
