<br />Bob Oyster, 2000 Broadway, spoke in favor of Alternative 3 on Marshall as <br />being located in the Downtown area for Downtown tenants and customers, <br />stating Alternative 4 was too far away to induce foot traffic on Broadway. <br /> <br />M/S: Greenalch/Stangel to extend the Meeting past 11:30 p.m., hear the last <br />speaker, close the Public Hearing and continue discussion to the next <br />meeting. <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />Joseph Staudt, representing the Downtown Association, advised that twelve <br />Downtown Association Board members supported Alternative 3. <br /> <br />Mayor La Berge asked if anyone else wished to speak. <br />speak. <br /> <br />M/S: Stangel/Greenalch to close the Public Hearing. <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote and Public hearing closed at 11:34 p.m. <br /> <br />No one else wished to <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-251 <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge that it was the consensus of <br />the Council to continue discussion of this item to the Regular Council <br />Meeting of November 18, 1991. <br /> <br />MEMO 11/5/91 <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />6.
