<br />Councilman Murray suggested that since each entity would be held responsible <br />for its rainwater discharge, perhaps Woodside and Atherton would be held <br />responsible for their part in the Redwood City 5th Avenue area flooding. City <br />Attorney Schricker and City Manager Everett agreed that this new federal <br />requirement may compel Woodside, Atherton and the County as well to address <br />this issue. <br />CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge that it was the consensus of <br />the Council to continue discussion on these issues to the regular Meeting of <br />February 10, 1992. <br /> MEMO 1/28/92 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />8.
