<br /> 11. The Project (as so described) does not comply with Building code <br />regulations governing the arrangement of exists (R.C. Code S9.40; UPC <br />S3303.[c]). <br /> 12. A mitigated negative declaration which was approved for a prior <br />proposed condominium project for the same site is not applicable to the <br />Project because of substantial differences between the two projects. <br /> 13. Director Irizarry described the new employee <br />orientation video produced by Redwood City Fire Captain Steve Krauss and <br />Firefighter Victor Ibsen through Crystal Vision Productions, and City <br />Manager Everett advised the script was written by Director Irizarry. The <br />video was shown to the Council and audience, and was met with great <br />enthusiasm, receiving high praise from all viewers. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />4.
