Motion seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried. Councilman Keckley moved to grant extension of time to July 15, 1966, as requested by C. Norman Peterson Company, contractors, for completion of the Bay Road Area Storm Drainage System, Unit II, as recommended by Staff, seconded by Councilman Bury and carried. City Manager stated this covered recommendations made by Staff and approved by Personnel Board covering Deputy Directors in Depart- ment of Public Works, Police Matron -Supervisor, and Water Operations Supervisor. Motion seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried on roll call vote, Councilman Petersen being noted absent. Councilman Bury moved to introduce Ordinance amending Sections 5, 6, 14, 15, 28, 32, 33, 36, 37 and 38 of Ordinance No. 1232, the Salary Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, adding Section 4.5 thereto, and providing for the operative dates of said amendments and additions, seconded by Councilman Keekley and carried. Councilman Keckley moved to introduce Ordinance repealing Section 2.12.2 of, and add- ing Section 2.12.2 to, the Code of the City of Redwood City, relating to the consolidation of the offices of City Engineer and Superintendent of the Public Services Department, seconded by Councilman Petersen and carried. CLAIM of Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company for property damages alleged to have been caused by City's contractor on storm drain construction, was denied and referred to insurance carrier on motion of Councilman Petersen, seconded by Councilman Granger and carried.
