.21 2 6 <br />Councilman Petersen moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5076 APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL <br />MAP OF THE RICHARDS SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, as recommended by <br />Planning Commission, seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried unanimously on <br />roll call vote. <br />Councilman Rosselli moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5077 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE- <br />MENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS., DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, RELATING TO THE REALIGNMENT OF 14HIPPLE-EL <br />CAMINO REAL INTERSECTION. City Manager advised State's contribution of an esti- <br />mated amount not to exceed $35,000 is considerably more than originally proposed <br />and which was largely due to the persistence of the City Engineering Staff, for <br />which they were to be commended. Councilman Bury questioned ownership of planter <br />boxes at the Peanut Stand site as he felt if they were now City owned they should <br />be placed in the Middlefield -Chestnut Park. Council was advised these planters <br />were a part of the City's acquisition and suggestion would be noted (Memo 6/28/66) <br />Motion seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried unanimously on roll call vote. <br />Councilman Rosselli moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5078 APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM, <br />ALLEY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, 1966. Staff report stated this approval is required <br />by the 1911 Act during the course of construction and that diagram is the same as <br />the diagram recorded after the public hearing and did not relate to final costs; <br />that a public hearing will be held on completion of the contract. Motion <br />seconded by Councilman Petersen and carried unanimously on roll call vote. <br />Councilman Bury moved to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 1130.52 ADDING SECTION 60.1.7 TO ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE PREZONING PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY <br />OF THE PROPOSED VISTA DRIVE ANNEXATION, seconded by Councilman Granger and carried <br />unanimously on roll call vote. <br />Councilman Keckley moved to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 1130.53 ADDING SECTION 60.2.17 TO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING PROPERTY IN THE <br />VICINITY OF ALAMEDA ANNEXATION NO. 1, seconded by Councilman Petersen and carried <br />unanimously on roll call vote. 1259 i� <br />Councilman Rosselli moved to adopt ORDINANCE NO. -AhW AMENDING SECTION 2.41.1 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE PURPOSES FOR 1.1HICH FUNDS IN TIB, <br />SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND MAY BE EXPENDED, seconded by Councilman Keckley and <br />carried unanimously on roll call vote. <br />Councilman Granger moved to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 1249 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, <br />1966 - JUNE 30, 1967, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried unanimously on <br />roll call vote. <br />Councilman Keckley moved to grant request of Steiny and Mitchel for extension of time <br />to July 15, 1966, for completion of Veterans Boulevard -Brewster Avenue - Signals <br />and Channelization, as recommended by Staff, seconded by Councilman Henderson <br />and carried.
