<br />undergrounding of utilities and was advised by City Attorney the Undergrounding
<br />Ordinance applies to new subdivision or Undergrounding Districts. Where utility
<br />service already exists, as in this situation, it would not be possible to enforce.
<br />There being no written communications or oral protest, Councilman Petersen moved to
<br />close the public hearing, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried.

<br />No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, zoning property in the vicinity of the
<br />proposed Bel Air Annexation, seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried.
<br />PUBLIC HEARING, Resolution of Intention of the Planning Commission to prezone property
<br />known as Toyon Annexation, being Lots 10 through 22, Block 20, Highlands of Emerald
<br />Lake No. 1, along Toyon Way, declared open and affidavits of publication and mailing
<br />ordered filed. Planning Commission recommended that property known as Toyon
<br />Annexation, being Lots 10, 11, 12 and 17, Block 20, Highlands of Emerald Lake Sub-
<br />division #1, along Toyon Way be zoned to RH; and Lots 13 through 16 and 18 through
<br />22, Block 20, Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision #1, along Toyon Way, be prezoned
<br />as R-1-7. Staff report stated this property is in the Jefferson Avenue and Vista
<br />Drive area near the Presbyterian Church, containing 3.32 acres, subdivided into 13
<br />lots, and containing an unimproved cul-de-sac street serving nine of these lots.
<br />It was also reported all of the lots as subdivided within this proposed annexation
<br />are over 7,000 sq. ft. and area adjacent within the City Limits is zoned R-1
<br />north of Jefferson Avenue and as Rh -20 south of Jefferson Avenue. There being no
<br />written communications or oral protest, Councilman Petersen moved to close the
<br />public hearing, seconded by Councilman Bury and carried.

<br />No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, zoning property in the vicinity of
<br />the proposed Toyon Annexation, seconded by Councilman Granger and carried.
<br />PUBLIC HEARING, Resolution of Intention of the Planning Commission to prezone Portion
<br />of Lot 6, Block 26, Oak Knoll Manor as RH in the area known as Oak Knoll Annexation
<br />114, declared open and affidavits of publication and mailing ordered filed. Report
<br />of the Planning Commission was read recommending this annexation be prezoned as RH.
<br />Staff report stated property located at the corner of Oak Knoll and Upland Road, and
<br />contains slightly less than one-half acre which is subdivided into 2 lots, one being
<br />13,850 sq. ft, and the other 6,100 sq, ft. It was further reported area northwesterly
<br />of Oak Knoll Drive is zoned RH within the City Limits and the southerly portion of
<br />Upland Road within the City Limits is presently zoned R-1. There being no written
<br />communications or oral protest, Councilman Keckley moved to close the public hearing,
<br />seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried.

<br />No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, rezoning property in the vicinity of Oak
<br />Knoll Annexation No. 4, seconded by Councilman Bury and carried.
