<br /> 1 <br /> AGREEMENT O~6'~ <br /> FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTldN OF IMPROVEMENTS <br /> 490 EL CAMINO REAL <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~day of ÛJl{~).Ú¡ <br /> , <br />2003, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and HIS WHIPPLE, LLC, a California <br />limited liability company, and the owner of record of said real property located at 490 EI <br />Camino Real, Redwood City, California ("Owner"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Owner proposes to construct certain real property improvements at <br />490 EI Camino Real (the "Property"), situated in the City of Redwood City, County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, consisting of a parking lot and a retail/commercial <br />building; and <br />WHEREAS, Owner has requested that construction of certain Improvements (as <br />defined below), be constructed at the Property, which improvements are to be <br />constructed in accordance with, and as required by, the plans, specifications, and <br />details hereinafter described. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory performance by Owner of <br />Owner's obligations under Article VII, Chapter 29, General Street Improvements, of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, and in consideration of the approval of the <br />Improvements for the Property, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />Atty/Agr/Agr.161 1 <br />102903 <br /> . 1 TO' r' ...- <br />.. <br />
