Keckley being noted <br />absent (report ill). Also noted present were City Manager Howard C. Ullrich, City <br />Attorney Richard E. Gardella, Assistant City Manager Henry V. Burget, Police Chief <br />William Faulstich, Planning Director Ken Schroeter, Director of Public Works J. <br />Louis Scherer, Auditor -Accountant Jack Ference, Park Superintendent Pasco Bal- <br />zarini, Fire Chief J. L. Lodi (entered meeting at 10:20 p.m.) Building Inspector <br />S. H. Kreiss, and Deputy City Clerk Marian McCrindle. <br />Councilman Rosselli moved to approve minutes of Council meeting of November 14, 1966, <br />as mailed, seconded by Councilman Petersen and carried. <br />Councilman Rosselli requested that item concerning request of Dumbarton Fire Protection <br />District for approval of annexation of territory be deleted from Council Agenda <br />until next meeting in order that Staff could make further investigation of possibility <br />of annexation of parcel to City. Mayor Herkner announced this item would be deleted <br />if no objections from anyone present. (Memo 11/22/66) <br />Mayor Herkner also announced Wtaff report on negotiations with State Land Commission <br />relating to permit to dredge Belmont Slough had been deleted from this Agenda. <br />Mayor Herkner announced a report would be made concerning State College Site and also <br />a -report on status of acquisition of the Friendly Acres Water System. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, Appeal of Land Development & Investment Company, land owner, from denial <br />by the Planning Commission of one segment of the original application of the HARKER <br />DEVELOPMENT COMPANY for amendment to the Zoning Map to rezone three land segments, <br />bounded by Broadway, Woodside Road, Bay Road and the Southern Pacific Railroad spur, <br />being portion from IP to IR -A (Industrial -Restricted -Architectural Control) District. <br />Staff recommended continuing public hearing on this matter until December 5th, when <br />public hearing on the zoning of the other two segments of this property will be <br />heard. Councilman Rosselli moved to continue public hearing to December 5th as <br />requested by Staff, seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried. (MINUTE ORDER <br />#66-236.) <br />
