EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Task 1- Collect Background and Existing Conditions Information <br />Existing Policies and Neighborhood Plans <br />Under this task, Consultant will collect and review documents most relevant to this <br />project including but not limited to the Stanford in Redwood City Precise Plan, the Final <br />EIR for the Stanford Plan, Downtown Precise Plan, and other information provided by <br />the City and the three affected neighborhoods. Consultant will also review prior <br />complaints, concerns and suggestions provided by the community to enhance <br />neighborhood streets. <br />Existing Conditions Data <br />At the kick-off meeting, Consultant will discuss availability of data from the City and <br />County, and identify any missing data that is critical for this project. It is anticipated that <br />the City and the County will provide all existing data related to traffic volumes, speeds, <br />collision history and street infrastructure including right of way widths, sidewalks, and <br />street furniture, street lighting, etc. Consultant will also gather any relevant information <br />on pedestrian and bicycle facilities that are vital to encouraging non -auto commute <br />alternatives and creating livable communities from the City and the County. <br />For any missing data, TJKM will utilize a combination of in-house staff as well as data <br />collection partners to collect accurate data in the most economical manner. Consultant <br />will produce clear, easy to understand tables, charts, maps, photos and graphs that will <br />be critical to effective communication with the three neighborhoods and other external <br />stakeholders. <br />Deliverables <br />Draft and Final Technical Memoranda summarizing Existing Conditions and <br />Policies and Neighborhood Plans and other relevant background information <br />Newly collected raw data (if any) in the source format <br />Clear and easy -to -understand summary in pdf and source format of all relevant <br />data <br />Task 2 - Meet with Neighborhoods to Identify and Prioritize Potential Street Enhancement <br />Elements <br />In this task, Consultant will develop an understanding of each neighborhood's wishes <br />for street enhancements and begin to prioritize their interests through community <br />outreach and a first round of community meetings with the three neighborhoods: <br />Friendly Acres, North Fair Oaks and Redwood Village. <br />Page 9 of 15 <br />REV: 11-18-16 VR <br />ATTY/AGR.2016.322/TJKM- Neighborhood Street Enhancement Program <br />
