<br /> all succeeding such agreernm~ in effect during the term hereof and any

<br /> paths, other City-ow~ted or used easements, City-owned lands and

<br /> ~ of ~ng Cat retrieval, the costs of which em borne by the
<br /> Partie~pating Ov~er.
