115 <br />Councilman Rosselli moved that Variance be granted on modified plan as presented <br />at this hearing, with condition building plan be subject to Architectural Committee <br />approval, and sufficient safeguards be made to insure rear yard would not be used <br />for general storage. City Attorney advised conditions could be added to granting <br />of variance as requested by Council. Motion seconded by Councilman Petersen. <br />Councilman Keckley offered substitute motion to refer this matter back to the <br />Planning Commission for further review and recommendation because of fact modified <br />plan presented at this hearing completely different than the plan presented to <br />Planning Commission on which the publichearing had been held, seconded by Councilman <br />Henderson. <br />Questions of parliamentary procedures were raised and answered by the City Attorney. <br />Mayor Herkner then ruled the substitute motion in order as an amendment to the <br />original motion.
