Street Superintendent reported weeds on this property had been abated by spraying
on January 9, 1967, as program had been purposely delayed on this property awaiting
construction developments of Motor City, and charges made covered the first spraying
for the 14 acres described and that charges would have been 3 times this amount if
all three sprayings had been made.,
Councilman Bury moved to refer this protest back to Staff for a further review
and a report back to Council, seconded by Councilman Granger and carried, Mayor
Herkner voting no.
