438 City Manager reported that, because of the emergencies which had arisen this past week, it had not been possible to relocate the drive -up mail box from in front of the library to new site in front of Werder Insurance Company office, at 928 Jefferson. He advised new location, in order to allow pull away and access, had resulted in the loss of one parking meter. Councilman Bury moved to accept report of the City Manager and authorize him to proceed as recommended, seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried. (MINUTE ORDER #67-15) DAMAGE CLAIM of Howard L: Dickinson, 167 G Street, for damages alleged to have been caused by roots of trees in parking strip clogging sewer line, was denied and referred to insurance carrier on motion of Councilman Petersen, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried. (MINUTE ORDER #67-16) ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, Nos. 59532 to 59814, inclusive, totaling $335,499.60, were approved on motion of Councilman Bury, seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried.
