Councilman Petersen,
Chairman of the Committee, read final report and recommendation which was
being submitted prior to the initiation of City's long awaited Municipal
Transit System, in which recommendation was made for Council's formal action
to establish the operational guidelines of the system for the following:
Proposed Bus Fares
Children - 5 yrs. & under
Students - through High School
Adults
Rnntae
April 1-14
No Charge
$.10
.10
Beginning
April 15
No Charge
$.15
.25
The proposed routes as illustrated on a chart, with minor revisions, being
those which were reviewed by Council on March 11th. Councilman Petersen also advised the manufacturer
had agreed to extend the customary warranty to all components of the equipment
reviewed.
WR 2514
