3.- That at said election the following propositions and each of them were submitted to the electors of said City and that the number of votes given ins.said City for and against each of said propositions (including absentee votes) was as follows: PROPOSITION A: Shall the Charter of the City of Redwood City be amended by deleting Sections 31 and 45• and amending Sections 1.7, 21, 28, and - 51 thereof to change the title of the City Engineer to Director of Public Works, to eliminate provisions for a municipal Health Officer and for a Public Service Department, and revising the manner of preparing the annual General Budget? PROPOSITION B: Shall the Charter of the City of Redwood City be amended by deleting Sections 48f, 93 and 96 and amending Section 47b thereof to eliminate outmoded•provisions and to eliminate conflict in the method of appointment of members of the Board of Port Commissioners?
