Improvement District No. 1-64, Dredge Exterior Waterways -2" <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Hydraulic Dredging <br />Company, Ltd., for the performance of the aforesaid work in <br />accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the <br />abovementioned specifications and contract documents, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />3. Any informality in the abovementioned bid of the <br />Hydraulic Dredging Company, Ltd., is hereby waived. <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the <br />contract for the performance of the work, and to all unsuccess- <br />ful bidders, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract <br />upon award. <br />
