i <br />SECTION 11. The City Clerk of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby directed upon the passage and adoption of <br />this resolution to publish the same or to cause the same to <br />be published, once, in the Redwood City Tribune which is a <br />newspaper of general circulation within the City of Redwood <br />City, and in all editions thereof issued during the day of <br />publication. Such publication shall be accomplished not <br />less than 40 days and not more than 60 days prior to the <br />general municipal election to be held in the City of Redwood <br />City on April 9, 1968, at which election the Charter amendments <br />herein proposed shall be submitted to the electors of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br />SECTION 12. The City Clerk is also ordered and directed <br />to cause copies of said proposed Charter amendments to be <br />printed in convenient pamphlet form and in type of not less <br />than ten -point and to cause copies thereof to be mailed to <br />each of the qualified electors of the City of Redwood City, <br />and, until the date of said general municipal election, to <br />advertise in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the City of Redwood City, a notice that copies <br />of said proposed Charter amendments may be had on application <br />therefor. <br />- 16 - <br />
