That the public interest, convenience and necessity <br />require the annexation of the hereinafter described lands to <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64, and that both General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 and the lands to be annexed will <br />be benefited by such annexation. <br />7. That the hereinafter described lands being annexed to <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 shall be subject to <br />taxation for all district bonds of General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64 now outstanding or authorized and specifically including <br />all district bonds authorized by Resolution Nos. 4351 and 4352, <br />adopted July 6, 1964, to the same extent as if the hereinafter <br />described land had been included within General Improvement <br />District No. 1-64 at the time of its establishment. <br />8. That the lands which are hereby annexed to General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 are situate in the City of Redwood <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and are more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />All.that certain real property situate in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />Portion of Section 31, Township 4 South, Range 3 West, <br />Mount Diablo Base and Meridian and Portion of Section 36, <br />Township 4 South, Range 4 West, Mount Diablo Base and <br />Meridian and being part of Swamp and Overflowed Lands <br />Surveys Nos. 78 and 85, more particularly described as a <br />whole as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a concrete monument which now replaces a <br />4" x 4" post, which formerly marked the point of inter- <br />section of the line between Range 3 West and 4 West and <br />the line between Townships 4 South and 5 South, M. D. <br />B. & M. and running thence East 2315.20 feet to a <br />concrete monument; thence North 350 16' East 1590 feet <br />to a concrete monument; thence North 540 44' West <br />2140.29 feet to a concrete monument; thence South 35' <br />16' West 2926.75 feet to a concrete monument; thence <br />South 54` 44' East 250 feet to the point of beginning. <br />- 2 - <br />
