9. That this resolution annexing lands to General Improve- <br />ment District No. 1-64 shall be effective on its adoption in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 1510 of Ordinance <br />No. 1128 and that the City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit <br />certified copies of this resolution to the County Assessor, <br />County Tax Collector and the State Board of Equalization. <br />- 3 - <br />
