All that certain real property situate in the County <br />of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the corner common to Sections 1 and 2, <br />Township 5 South, Range 4 West and Sections 35 and 36 <br />Township 4 South, Range 4 West, M.D.B.&M.; thence, along <br />the line common to said Sections 35 and 36, being also <br />the Westerly line of that 146.149 acre parcel of land <br />described in the Deed to San Mateo County Scavenber Co., <br />recorded in Book 1601 at Page 553, official Records of <br />said County, North 1 07' 26" East for a distance of <br />800.00 feet to the True Point Beginning of this description; <br />Thence, continuing along said line, North 10 07' 26" East <br />for a distance of 890.84 feet to the intersection with <br />the general Westerly and Northerly line of Belmont Slough; <br />Thence, leaving said section line along said Westerly and <br />Northerly line the following seven courses and distances, <br />North 10° <br />04' <br />53" East for a distance of 257.41 feet, <br />North 7° <br />30' <br />00" <br />East for a distance of 150. 00 feet, <br />North 19° <br />00' <br />00" <br />East for a distance of 150. 00 feet, <br />North 38° <br />00' <br />00" <br />East for a distance of 150. 00 feet, <br />North 53° <br />00' <br />00" <br />East for a distance of 150. 00 feet, <br />North 57° <br />00' <br />00" <br />East for a distance of 185. 00 feet, <br />North 66° <br />30' <br />00" <br />East for a distance of 240. 00 feet, <br />to the intersection with the line common to the Northwest <br />and the Southwest quarters of said Section 36, said quarter - <br />section line being also the Northerly line of said 146.149 <br />acre parcel; <br />Thence, along said quarter -section line, South 890 02' 20" <br />East for a distance of 903.96 feet to the re -intersection <br />of said general Northerly line of Belmont Slough; <br />Thence, leaving said quarter -section line along said <br />generally Northerly line the following four courses and <br />distances, <br />South 680 48' 41" East for a distance of 492. 61 feet, <br />South 76° 00' 00" East for a distance of 340. 00 feet, <br />South 89° 00' 00" East for a distance of 160. 00 feet, <br />North 72° 30' 00" East for a distance of 105. 01 feet, <br />to the intersection with the Easterly line of said 146.149 <br />acre parcel; <br />Thence, leaving said generally Northerly line and along <br />said Easterly line South 6 08' 10" East for a distance <br />of 445.40 feet to the intersection with the generally <br />Southerly and Easterly line of Belmont Slough, said point <br />of intersection bearing North 60 08' 10" West, a distance <br />of 230.20 feet, measured along said Easterly line of said <br />146.149 acre parcel, from the concrete monument known as <br />"L.S.Co.Mon.No.2" said monument being the Southeasterly <br />corner of said 146.149 acre parcel; <br />- 3 - <br />
