for are necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substan- <br />tial property rights of petitioner; that the granting of said <br />exceptions will not be detrimental to the public welfare or be <br />injurious to other property in the neighborhood; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 0£ the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, exceptions are hereby authorized for the <br />above described real property, relating only to Block A of the <br />proposed subdivision thereof, as shown upon "Exhibit B" hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein as if <br />set out herein in its entirety, as follows: <br />(a) Interior lots are hereby allowed to have less than <br />the minimum 50 foot lot width requirement of the Code. <br />(b) Corner lots are hereby allowed to have less than the <br />minimum 60 foot corner lot width requirement of the <br />Code. <br />(c) All lots are hereby allowed to have less than the <br />minimum 6,000 square foot lot area requirement of <br />the Code. <br />(d) Side lines of Lots 15 through 19, inclusive, are <br />hereby allowed to intersect the street which said lots <br />face at other than the right angles required by the <br />Code. <br />2. All of the exceptions granted in paragraph 1 hereof are <br />subject to all of the following conditions relating to the <br />proposed subdivision of the subject real property: <br />(1) A final subdivision map shall be recorded prior to <br />recording Planned Development Permit PD68-01. <br />(2) Necessary additional laterals and services, and <br />necessary extension of sewer and water mains shall be <br />constructed, and streets resurfaced, as required by <br />the Director of Public Works, at no expense to the City. <br />(3) Additional land shall be dedicated to the City for <br />revised alignment of the northerly portion of Fox Court <br />West in accordance Alternate C (said alternate being <br />-2- <br />
