COPY <br />WHEREAS, the Port will replace the existing timber, steel and rubber <br />fender systems with nine new pile supported dolphins, six new fenders and two <br />steel pile supported walkways; and <br />WHEREAS, a more complete description of the proposed Project can be <br />found in the Initial Study, the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />supporting documents located at the addresses set forth below; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />describe and analyze the Project, the impact on the environment and measures <br />related thereto; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board for review and <br />approval the Initial Study, the Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and the <br />Notice of Intent to Adopt. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />DIRECTORS OF THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals are true and correct. <br />2. This Board has reviewed the Initial Study, the Proposed Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration, and the Notice of Intent to Adopt. <br />3. This Board finds and declares that it has reviewed and considered the <br />proposed Project and has determined, based upon the review of the Initial Study, <br />the Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Notice of Intent to Adopt <br />that although the initial study identifies potentially significant effects, revisions in <br />the Project plans or proposals made by or agreed to by the Port of Redwood City <br />before a proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and Initial Study are released <br />Reso 246 <br />12/08/16 FXs P-2339 `'S <br />
