All the findings set forth in the Initial Study, the Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration, and the Notice of Intent to Adopt are hereby incorporated by this reference. 5. This Board approves the Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration for purposes of circulation and distribution only. 6. This Board approves the Notice of Intent to Adopt. 7. This Board authorizes and directs the circulation and distribution of the Notice of Intent to Adopt and related documents for the proposed Project pursuant to the CEQA requirements. 8.
