Participate in a Preliminary Design Review Meeting with City staff. <br />Task 3 - Ninety Percent Design <br />Consultant shall provide the following work which constitutes a 90% level of design <br />development: <br />1. Coordinate potholing activities at up to 60 locations. <br />2. Prepare plan and profile drawings for the distribution pipelines at 1 = 20'. <br />3. Prepare plan and profile drawings for up to 72 service laterals at 1" = 20'. <br />4. Prepare other drawings, such as cover sheet and details for the Project. <br />5. Prepare pipeline trench cross-sections (up to 10 each) with respect to adjacent <br />utilities for review by the City. <br />6. Incorporate service locations to customer sites provided by the site retrofit team. <br />7. Submit draft sets of drawings for City review up to four times prior to completion of <br />the 90% design. <br />8. Prepare contract documents including City front-end documents, bid list, City and <br />Engineer technical specifications and other related documents for bid-build. <br />9. Incorporate environmental mitigation measures into Project plans and specifications. <br />10. Prepare 90% Design Engineer's cost estimate. <br />11. Provide 10 copies of a 90% submittal of final design for City review, including: <br />a. Half-size Drawings; <br />b. Contract Documents; and <br />c. Construction cost estimate and schedule. <br />12. Participate in a 90% Review Meeting with City staff. <br />Task 4 - 100% Design <br />After incorporating the City's 90% review comments, Consultant shall submit 10 copies <br />of a 100% submittal including cost estimate, design drawings and contract documents <br />for City's final review. After receiving City approval of the 100% submittal from City, the <br />Consultant shall deliver the following documents: <br />Agreement over $10K 17 <br />KennedyJenks Rev-2 112603 <br />
