<br /> · The City will be performing a high level of landscape water conservation effort <br /> (BMP 5) simultaneously with the customer retrofit process and will coordinate <br /> these efforts with the work under this scope of services. The City will work with <br /> customers using in-house and other consultant forces to assure their on-site <br /> potable irrigation systems are working properly at the envisioned water pressure <br /> of the recycled water system, and prevent overspray and runoff to the extent <br /> possible. This work will be performed in advance or concurrent with the retrofit <br /> process. Information gathered from customers will be provided for consultants' <br /> use. <br /> · The City has contracted separately for program management services that <br /> include the development of an Engineering Report, an Operations Plan, and a <br /> Customer Training Manual, and overall coordination of regulatory permits with <br /> the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and Department of Health <br /> Services (DHS). This information will be used in performing work under this <br /> scope of services with respect to performing customer training and coordinating <br /> DHS approvals of each site retrofit design and conversion. <br /> · The City has contracted separately for Public Information related services that <br /> include the provision of an information portal and project web-site. Specific <br /> deliverables that are generated under this scope of services will be provided in <br /> digital format for the City's consultants use in assimilation into the portal and <br /> website as deemed appropriate by the City. Other information that may be <br /> required, but is not a specific deliverable identified in the scope of services, could <br /> be provided under supplemental services as defined herein. <br /> · Environmental (CEQA/NEPA) compliance related work for this project was <br /> performed by the City. The mitigation requirements will be incorporated into the <br /> contract documents prepared under this scope of services, as appropriate. <br /> · Permit coordination, site access and any site or right-of-way acquisition will be <br /> provided by the City for both design fieldwork and construction on private <br /> property or in City rights-of-way. <br /> · The City will contract with other consultants/providers for reproduction and <br /> issuance of bidding documents to prospective bidders. <br /> · The City will provide financial expertise and assistance using in-house staff and <br /> consultants to track the development of all Water Enterprise related expenses <br /> and water supply benefits from concurrent recycling and water conservation <br /> efforts.
