The City will schedule the customer site training sessions. <br /> Up to 80 labor hours of support are budgeted for customer training on an as-requested <br /> basis. <br /> Task 10 - As-Built Site Retrofit Documents <br /> Submit to City hard copy of drawings and specifications showing record information that <br /> Consultant considers significant and accurate based on the drawings, shop drawings <br /> and other record documents as annotated by Contractor to show all changes made <br /> during construction and furnished to Consultant. It is anticipated that 5 labor hours will <br /> be required to provide as-built drawings for each site. <br /> Task 11 - Program Management Support Services <br /> Continuing Program Management Support Services are included from the period <br /> beginning on May 1,2004 through December 31,2007. The previous agreement for <br /> these services expired on April 30, 2004 (City Purchase Order 45879). Support <br /> services will be performed on an as-requested basis to Mr. Peter Ingram, Public Works <br /> Services Director for Redwood City. <br /> There are four areas of support work including: <br /> Task 11.1 - Master Planning/Phasing Refinements <br /> The City and Community Task Force have identified the framework for implementing <br /> the Project; however, it will continue to be refined over time. There are proposed <br /> developments, redevelopments and other factors that will require revising water and <br /> recycled water demand projections, implementation scheduling and resolution of other <br /> planning issues as the program evolves. <br /> Task 11.2 - System Engineering <br /> The City is interested in optimizing the size of the standby potable water connection and <br /> timing of the proposed booster pump station that will be part of the Skyway Project. In <br /> addition, peaking criteria may be refined based on actual experience with new <br /> customers. Hydraulic modeling will be performed as required to provide guidance to <br /> the City on these issues of facilities sizing and timing of implementation. <br /> Task 11.3 - Program Development <br /> The City is in the process of developing a number of new documents and procedures <br /> relative to program implementation. Support will be provided relative to the Operations <br /> Plan, Engineering Report (DHS), Customer Training Manual, Funding and Financing <br /> Planning, Rate and Revenue Planning, use ordinance development, customer use <br /> agreements and right of entry agreements, joint project opportunities and other related <br /> program items. <br /> Task 11.4 - Program Management Meetings <br /> Agreement over $10K 25 <br /> KennedyJenks Rev-2 112603 <br />
