<br />Site Management Practices <br />Maintenance personnel duties and contact information <br />Schedule of operation and record keeping (e.g., water application) <br /> <br />Task 4.2 -Additional Site Information Collection <br />Based on information collected under Task 3, collect additional site information, such as site <br />maps, as-builts or record drawings of the existing water systems, if available. In the event that <br />needed information is in question or missing, the Consultant \Mil provide the City with a plan to <br />acquire the information, prior to proceeding. The City may elect to provide missing information <br />to Consultant. <br /> <br />Task 4.3 - Preliminary Retrofit Design <br /> <br />Task 4.3.1 - Preliminary Design Drawing <br /> <br />A Preliminary Site Plan will be prepared for each customer site. This drawing will show the <br />irrigation areas, locations of public facilities and play areas, and the location of the water <br />distribution system as developed during the detailed site reconnaissance (Task 4.1). The <br />Preliminary Site Plan will be scaled approximately to fit on 11 "x 17" sheets. <br /> <br />A preliminary design of required retrofit equipment and procedures will be prepared for each site. <br />Design criteria and/or constraints will be identified for each site and will include, but not be <br />limited to: <br /> <br />Department of Health Services requirements/standards <br /> <br />Cities' water purveyor standards <br /> <br />Location of existing meters and backflow prevention devices <br /> <br />Recycled water demands and irrigation schedules / service pressure <br /> <br />Number of desired controls (for irrigation customers) <br /> <br />Site-specific physical constraints, such as: <br /> <br />Restrooms, drinking fountains <br /> <br />Picnic tables / playground equipment <br /> <br />Park animals <br /> <br />Existing irrigation system elements (hose bibs or other above-ground extensions) <br /> <br />Other utilities, facilities or equipment <br /> <br />Accommodation of events during night irrigation, scheduling (baseball games, etc) <br /> <br />7 <br />
