<br />. <br /> <br />Check for use of proper equipment for retrofit installation <br />Placement of all required tags, labels and signs <br />Check for runoff or windblown spray outside the approved use area <br />Check for ponding of recycled water within the use area <br />Check spray pattems for encroachment on public facilities <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that three labor hours will be required for final inspections and close out for each <br />site. <br /> <br />Task 9 - Customer Site Supervisor Training <br /> <br />Consultant shall assist City in conducting a formal training program for Customer Site <br />Supervisors prior to the scheduled retrofit start-up date. The training program will need to fulfill <br />the requirements of the Discharge Permit for Water Recycling and the California Department of <br />Health Services requirements. Sufficient training sessions shall be convened by the City to <br />adequately train all customers and comply with the Discharge Permit for Water Recycling. The <br />City will schedule the customer site training sessions. Up to 80 labor hours of support are <br />budgeted for customer training on an as-requested basis. <br /> <br />Task 10 - As-Built Site Retrofit Documents <br /> <br />Submit to City hard copy of drawings and specifications showing record information that <br />Consultant considers significant and accurate based on the drawings, shop drawings and other <br />record documents as annotated by Contractor to show all changes made during construction <br />and furnished to Consultant. It is anticipated that 5 laborhours will be required to provide as- <br />built drawings for each site. <br /> <br />Task 11 - Program Management Support Services <br /> <br />Continuing Program Management Support Services are included from the period beginning on <br />May 1,2004 through December 31,2007. The previous agreement for these services expired <br />on April 30, 2004 (City Purchase Order 45879). Support services will be performed on an as- <br />requested basis to Mr. Peter Ingram, Public Works Services Director for Redwood City. <br /> <br />There are four areas of support work including: <br />Task 11.1 - Master Planning/Phasing Refinements <br /> <br />The City and Community Task Force have identified the framework for implementing the Project; <br />however, it will continue to be refined over time. There are proposed developments, <br />redevelopments and other factors that will require revising water and recycled water demand <br />projections, implementation scheduling and resolution of other planning issues as the program <br />evolves. <br /> <br />Task 11.2 - System Engineering <br /> <br />The City is interested in optimizing the size of the standby potable water connection and timing <br />of the proposed booster pump station that wll be part of the Skyway Project.
