Task 11.3 - Program Development The City is in the process of developing a number of new documents and procedures relative to program implementation. Support will be provided relative to the Operations Plan, Engineering Report (DHS), Customer Training Manual, Funding and Financing Planning, Rate and Re\enue Planning, use ordinance development, customer use agreements and right of entry agreements, joint project opportunities and other related program items. Task 11.4 - Program Management Meetings The Consultant will attend bi-monthly Program Management Meetings over the contract duration. Each meeting Vlñll require one-day labor effort for preparation and attendance. Task 12 - Supplemental Services Supplemental Services may include, but are not limited to: .
