<br />. The City has contracted separately for Public Information related services that include <br />the provision of an information portal and project web-site. Specific deliverables that are <br />generated under this scope of services will be provided in digital format for the City's <br />consultants use in assimilation into the portal and website as deemed appropriate by the <br />City. Other information that may be required, but is not a specific deliverable identified <br />in the scope of services, could be provided under supplemental services as defined <br />herein. <br /> <br />. Environmental (CEQA/NEPA) compliance related work for this project was performed by <br />the City. The mitigation requirements will be incorporated into the contract documents <br />prepared under this scope of services, as appropriate. <br /> <br />. Permit coordination, site access and any site or right-of-way acquisition will be provided <br />by the City for both design fieldwork and construction on private property or in City <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br />. The City will contract with other consultants/providers for reproduction and issuance of <br />bidding documents to prospective bidders. <br /> <br />. The City will provide financial expertise and assistance using in-house staff and <br />consultants to track the development of all Water Enterprise related expenses and water <br />supply benefits from concurrent recycling and water conservation efforts. Consultant <br />will provide information for City's use as described in the Scope of Services. <br /> <br />Work by Subconsultants/Others <br /> <br />. Aerial photography and mapping for the project will be performed by our subconsultant, <br />Mark Thomas & Company, located in Redwood City. It is anticipated that design work <br />will be demonstrated on aerial photography. <br /> <br />. Irrigation system fieldwork and design assistance will be provided using an irrigation <br />specialist subconsultant(s) under this agreement that is acceptable to the City. <br /> <br />. Cross Connection Testing - will become part of the construction contract requirements <br />and will be performed by the construction contractor using a certified cross-connection <br />control specialist. Testing will be witnessed by the Consultant. <br /> <br />. Potholing services for selected existing utilities are included and will be performed by <br />our subconsultant, Miller Pipeline, using vacuum excavation techniques. The . <br />excavations will be patched with a cold patch, where they are made in pavement. <br /> <br />. The design and construction of the treatment, storage, pumping and distribution <br />pipelines will be provided under separate agreements with consultants and are not a <br />part of this scope of services.
