EXHIBIT "B" <br />BUDGET & SCHEDULE <br />BUDGET <br />Compensation for "Task A.1" will be billed on a percentage of completion basis for a <br />professional fee of $7,200.00. <br />Compensation for "Task A.2" will be billed on a percentage of completion basis for a <br />professional fee of $550.00. <br />Compensation for "Task A.3" is optional and will be billed on a percentage of completion <br />basis for a professional fee of $550.00 for each additional public hearing. <br />Note: Reimbursable expenses are included in the project fee under Task A.1, and are <br />not expected to exceed $200.00. <br />Other additional services not specifically outlined above will be billed on a percentage of <br />completion basis at the following rates: <br />Ruth Todd, Principal $ 215.00 per hour <br />Christina Dikas, Architectural Historian, Project Manager $ 130.00 per hour <br />Other staff may be assigned to the project as deemed necessary. <br />All professional staff working on this project meet or exceed the Secretary of the <br />Interior's Professional Qualification Standards for Historic Architecture, Architectural <br />History, or History. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Page & Turnbull anticipates initiating services on this agreement within one week upon <br />receipt of the signed contract. Page & Turnbull anticipates delivering a draft of the <br />Historic Resource Impacts Analysis to the client within three to four weeks from the start <br />date. Revisions to the draft report can be completed within one week of receipt of <br />written comments from City.
