TASK A.2: HISTORIC RESOURCES ADVISORY COMMITTEE HEARING Page & Turnbull staff may attend one two-hour Historic Resources Advisory Committee hearing. This task does not include preparation of a presentation or other materials for the meetings. TASK A.3: ADDITIONAL HEARING ATTENDANCE (OPTIONAL) Page & Turnbull staff may attend subsequent two-hour public hearings at a set fee per meeting, including travel expenses (see Exhibit B). This task does not include preparation of presentations or other materials for the meetings. DELIVERABLES Page & Turnbull shall provide: One (1) electronic copy of the Draft Report to the Client; F1 One (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of the Final Report to the Client. After submitting the Draft Report, Page & Turnbull will respond to one set of comments from the Client. All comments must be delivered to Page & Turnbull in writing. After the receipt of the comments, Page & Turnbull will publish a Final Report to the Client. This scope of services will not include: Preparation of Redwood City Planning Department application forms. ❑ Review and commentary of project alternatives, as defined in an Environmental Impact Report. -i Attendance at public meetings, community forums, or subsequent project hearings not identified above. TASK B: ON CALL SERVICES The City may have the need for a historic preservation consultant to review development proposals for consistency with local, state and federal historic preservation requirements and guidelines. The Consultant has the necessary experience and capabilities to provide the review. Review may include field investigation, preparation of studies and reports related to historic preservation, review of design drawings.
