TASK A.2: HISTORIC RESOURCES ADVISORY COMMITTEE HEARING <br />Page & Turnbull staff may attend one two-hour Historic Resources Advisory Committee <br />hearing. This task does not include preparation of a presentation or other materials for <br />the meetings. <br />TASK A.3: ADDITIONAL HEARING ATTENDANCE (OPTIONAL) <br />Page & Turnbull staff may attend subsequent two-hour public hearings at a set fee per <br />meeting, including travel expenses (see Exhibit B). This task does not include <br />preparation of presentations or other materials for the meetings. <br />DELIVERABLES <br />Page & Turnbull shall provide: <br />One (1) electronic copy of the Draft Report to the Client; <br />F1 One (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of the Final Report to the Client. <br />After submitting the Draft Report, Page & Turnbull will respond to one set of comments <br />from the Client. All comments must be delivered to Page & Turnbull in writing. After the <br />receipt of the comments, Page & Turnbull will publish a Final Report to the Client. <br />This scope of services will not include: <br />Preparation of Redwood City Planning Department application forms. <br />❑ Review and commentary of project alternatives, as defined in an <br />Environmental Impact Report. <br />-i Attendance at public meetings, community forums, or subsequent project <br />hearings not identified above. <br />TASK B: ON CALL SERVICES <br />The City may have the need for a historic preservation consultant to review <br />development proposals for consistency with local, state and federal historic preservation <br />requirements and guidelines. The Consultant has the necessary experience and <br />capabilities to provide the review. Review may include field investigation, preparation of <br />studies and reports related to historic preservation, review of design drawings.
