D — Environmental Setting and Discussion of Lnpacts <br />4.18.2.17 Cumulative Utilities and Service Systems Impacts <br />As discussed in Section 4.17, Utilities and Service Systems, the proposed project consists of infill <br />development that would not result in a significant impact to utilities and service systems. <br />Furthermore, the project site is located in an area that is built -out, and there are no known projects in <br />the area that would result in a cumulative impact to utilities and service systems. For these reasons, <br />the proposed project would not contribute to a significant utilities and service systems cumulative <br />impact.
