II. Grant Reporting <br />Full financial accounting of the expenditures of these grant funds and reports on the program or <br />projects carried out with these funds are required as a condition of this grant. The reporting <br />instructions are included in Attachment A to this agreement. <br />III. Site Visit <br />The Sequoia Healthcare District reserves the right to arrange for a site visit during the grant period. <br />Sequoia Healthcare District will give ample notice and schedule the visit at a mutually convenient <br />time. <br />IV. Publicizing This Grant <br />Grantees are encouraged to make public announcements about this grant. Continued public support <br />of the District and its programs depends on community understanding, awareness and affirmation of <br />what we are doing. Therefore, such public information is essential for the continuance of this and <br />similar programs. Please provide the Sequoia Healthcare District Office with copies of any press <br />releases about this grant, which you distribute, and copies of any published mention of this grant. <br />Please share with the Sequoia Healthcare District any "success stories" made possible through this <br />grant. The District is funded through property taxes so if you include us on a donor list please do so <br />under government grants and not foundation support. <br />V.
