6.1.A. - Page 3 <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN <br />THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS <br />FISCAL AGENT FOR REDWOOD CITY 2020 <br />This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the day of <br />2016 by and between the Redwood City School District ("RCSD"), and <br />the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />acting as fiscal agent for REDWOOD CITY 2020 ("CONTRACTOR"), a community <br />collaborative that coordinated the delivery of services to children, youth and families living in <br />the City of Redwood City and North Fair Oaks, an unincorporated area adjacent to Redwood <br />City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />I. SERVICES: in consideration of the payments hereinafter set forth, CONTRACTOR shall <br />perform services for RCSD in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications <br />set forth herein: <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide: <br />Project management services to support the Redwood City School District's Big <br />Lift program requirements. <br />Scope of services: <br />CONTRACTOR will arrange and facilitate required convening's, research and <br />develop resource inventories, participate in countywide Big Lift coIIaborative <br />meetings, and contribute to Big Lift reporting and evaluation requirements as <br />defined in the deliverables below. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Convene and facilitate 10 meetings of the Redwood City Big Lift <br />collaborative <br />• Convene and facilitate I funder convening to identify and secure matching <br />funds <br />■ Convene and facilitate at least 3 meetings with families to engage families <br />in the decision-making process related to the Big Lift program <br />• Convene and facilitate at least 4 meetings to investigate opportunities for <br />linking data and sharing information regarding literacy targets and other <br />holistic markers of success among district and non -district preschools and <br />elementary schools. <br />■ Convene and facilitate at least 3 meetings to explore the possibilities of <br />streamlining referral systems between partners to better address <br />community needs by referring and linking students and families with <br />services in the community. <br />REV: 12-19-16 RL <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />ATTY/AGR.2016.331/Redwood City 2020 <br />
