6.1.A. - Page 2 <br />ANALYSIS <br />Funds reimbursed to the City of Redwood City (Redwood City 2020) by the Redwood <br />City School District will support arranging and facilitating required meetings, researching <br />and developing resource inventories, participating in countywide Big Lift collaborative <br />meetings, and contributing to Big Lift reporting and evaluation requirements. These <br />reimbursement funds are included in the budget negotiated by the City of Redwood City <br />(Redwood City 2020) and the Redwood City School District and approved for the <br />Redwood City Big Lift program by the Big Lift collaborative. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may elect to request modifications to the agreement. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funding for this agreement has been awarded to the Redwood City School District. The <br />City is serving as fiscal agent or "pass through" to Redwood City 2020 for funds <br />awarded; therefore this agreement will not impact the City's General Fund. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under CEQA as defined in CEQA Guidelines, section <br />15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or foreseeable physical <br />change in the environment. <br />JANA KISER <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REDWOOD CITY 2020 <br />MELISSA STEVENSON DIAZ <br />CITY MANAGER <br />ATTACHMENT <br />1.
