Stormwater Runoff - Post -construction runoff into the storm drain shall not <br />exceed pre -construction runoff levels. The applicant's design professional shall <br />evaluate the project's impact to the City's storm drainage system and shall <br />substantiate their conclusions with drainage calculations to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. The project shall be designed in conformance with the Drainage <br />Guidelines for Commercial Development. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />16. Exterior Lighting — Provide a lighting plan for proposed exterior lighting, including <br />cut sheets, a photometric site plan demonstrating light levels and a diagram <br />showing light spillover. This information shall be included in the building permit <br />plans. New light sources must not introduce glare or light effects that spill off the <br />property. [COA][PLANNING] <br />17. Bicycle Parking — Provide at least 22 bicycle storage spaces, of which 4 spaces <br />are installed on the sidewalk adjacent to building entrances and serve short-term <br />parking needs and 18 serve long-term parking needs. Demonstrate this on the <br />building permit plans, and submit cut -sheets for proposed bicycle storage spaces. <br />[COA][ENGINEERING] <br />18. Electric Vehicle Charging Stations — Provide for 4 onsite parking spaces <br />equipped with electrical vehicle (EV) charging stations (minimum of 3%) and <br />demonstrate this on the building permit plans. [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />19. Motorcycle Parking — Designate 6 onsite parking spaces for required motorcycle <br />parking (minimum of 5 percent). [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />20. Parking Space Indicators — Due to multiple dead -ends in the commercial parking <br />area, include parking space indicators for the Floor 1 spaces (similar to Parking <br />Sense's Easy Guide system). [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />21. Garage Doors — Any gates or access control for the parking garages shall be <br />designed in such a way that vehicles accessing the garage do not block vehicular <br />travel lanes or the sidewalk. All associated equipment shall be located on private <br />property and have an adjustable, audible warning device to notify pedestrians of <br />exiting vehicles. [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />Final Map <br />22. Final Map - Obtain approval and record a Final Map prior to building permit <br />issuance. All final maps shall include the lot configuration and proposed <br />easements and conform to the Subdivision Map Act and Chapter 30 of the <br />Municipal Code. fSDR][ENGINEERING] <br />23.
