11/28/2016 <br />Section 2. The City Council finds that the designation of an historic resource <br />is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />pursuant to Section 15308, Class 8, and Section 15331, Class 31 of the CEQA <br />Guidelines. <br />Section 3. The City Council hereby designates the structure located at 32 <br />King Street, Redwood City, California an Historic Landmark pursuant to the <br />designation criteria listed in the City's Historic Preservation Ordinance. <br />Section 4. The City Council directs staff to file all proper documents for <br />recordation with the San Mateo County Clerk's Office. <br />Section 5.
