M/S Hartnett/Howard to introduce an ordinance amending Municipal Code <br />Sections 20.95.1.C, 20.95.2.6, 20.127, and 20.190, to provide for an increase in <br />the parking bail schedule from $20.00 to $25.00, effective September 9, 2004 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.95.1.C, 20.95.2.6, 20.127 AND 20.190 OF <br />THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO MAXIMUM PARKING <br />PERIODS AND METER RATES ON VARIOUS PUBLIC STREETS AND PENALTIES <br />AND BAIL SCHEDULES PERTAINING THERETO <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present with <br />Mayor Ira absent. MINUTE ORDER 04 -151 <br />B. Initial implementation of the Recycled Water Project including recommendations <br />by the Recycled Water Community Task Force (802) <br />Public Works Services Director Ingram explained all items with one presentation. <br />One addition was to add language to Section 6.3 of the agreement and the <br />second item speaking to additional laboratory analysis and testing of water over <br />time. (Proposed language change provided at the meeting.) <br />Public Comment: <br />Karen Molinari, longtime resident a public information consultant in water supply, <br />water quality and recycled water, thanked Council stating her pleasure in the <br />efforts and approval of the contracts. She stated that it is so rare that a Council <br />puts so much resource behind the education and informational activity. <br />i. Redwood City Recycled Water Project — Production and Delivery of Recycled <br />Water <br />M/S Howard /Bain to: <br />1. By motion, approve Agreement for Production and Delivery of Recycled <br />Water ( "Agreement ") between the South Bayside System Authority and the <br />City of Redwood City and authorize Mayor to sign. Motion to include <br />recommended additional language to Section 6.3. <br />2. By motion, approve Lease Agreement for Recycled Water <br />Treatment/Storage /Pumping Facility Site ( "Lease ") between the South <br />Bayside System Authority and the City of Redwood City and authorize <br />Mayor to sign <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL AND JULY 26, 2004 <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING MINUTES PAGE 12 <br />MINUTES Book No. 60 <br />Page No. 279 <br />
