That Section 12 E. is hereby added to the Agreement to read as follows: <br /> "E The County agrees to transfer to District their contribution for <br /> Fiscal Year 2004/2005 in the amount of One Hundred Thousand <br /> Dollars ($100,000), and the City agrees to transfer to District their <br /> contribution for Fiscal Year 2004/2005 in the amount of eighty-five <br /> thousand five hundred dollars ($85,500), within sixty (60) days of <br /> the date of the execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement." <br /> . 4. That Exhibit B to the Agreement is amended in its entirety as set <br /> forth in Attachment No. 1 to this Amendment No. 1. <br /> 5. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 6. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Parties pursuant to <br /> the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment No. 1. <br /> 7.
