A-3 <br /> The term of office of each member of the Park and Recreation <br /> Commission shall be four (4) years, expiring on May 31 of the fourth year; <br /> provided, however, that appointments to the Commission shall be made such <br /> that terms shall expire in even-numbered years. Members shall continue to <br /> senre until their respective successors are appointed and quatified. In case of <br /> vacancy in the Commission, irrespective of cause, a successor shall be <br /> appointed by the Council for the unexpired term of such member. Members of <br /> the Commission shall serve without compensation." <br /> SECTION 4.
