This amount <br />includes the potential 10% increase of project cost authorized by the City Manager, <br />should it be needed. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As the lead agency, City of Redwood City has determined that the Hudson Street <br />Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project meets the CEQA exemption criteria as <br />set forth in Section 15301, (Existing Facilities) in that it involves the minor alteration of <br />existing streets with negligible or no expansion of use.
