<br />For completion of the scope of work set forth in this proposal and accomplished according to the
<br />preliminary proposed schedule, LSA proposes a total budget of $232,280. We have included a
<br />contingency amount of $11,600, which would not be used without written authorization from the
<br />City. With the contingency amount, the total budget would be $243,880. A detailed breakdown of
<br />the budget is included in Table 3.
<br />Our current contract, dated February 2, 2017, includes a budget of $65,930, including a contingency
<br />amount of $3,000. Therefore, for completion of the revised scope of work included in this
<br />proposal, LSA would request a contract modification in the amount of $180,950 (revised scope of
<br />$232,280 minus existing scope amount of $62,930 plus revised total contingency of $11,600).
